Rontu came to DWK after a four-day chase throughout Fairbanks. I had kept my eye on him at the local Fairbanks North Star Borough, but then he was adopted. The day after he got adopted, he got loose. I spent four days chasing him around Fairbanks before he gave up and decided I was trustworthy. After two weeks and a 5-day stay and the shelter, Rontu became mine. Rontu is the corkiest dog, who loves affection. He is trusted off-leash and is able to occasionally free roam as long as there around little creatures around.
