Piper came to DWK during the spring of 2015 with Yankee from Matthew Failor. Piper is Mother to the Sci-Fi litter, and Grandmother to the Hawaii litter. She is also Aunt to Spitfire. I owe so much to this dog. She has taught me so much about running dogs. She is a true monarch of the kennel. Originally, Piper was sold to me, due to her craziness. In harness, Piper is known for her angry attitude-looking face, but she absolutely loves her role and leading the team. For the 2021-2022 Season, my intention for Piper is to see if she is ready to slow down a bit and allow for the others she had trained to take the wheel.
