I bought Katmai when she was 8 weeks old from a kennel that was getting rid of their dogs, before making a move to the lower 48. I never knew how much this dog would change my life. She was trained at a young age to be my psychiatric/ medical alert service dog. Katmai runs anywhere in the team and even runs single lead. She shows true confidence and intelligence in stride in everything she does.
